What happens if I have used up my plan's hourly allowance but need more help or support?

Clients on our support plans can order additional work outside of their allocated plan limits. If you need extra work, just visit our Support Services section to book any additional work you would like to be carried out.

Do you provide discounts for multiple service requests?

All one-off service requests are set at a fixed price. There is no limit to the number of one-off service requests you can purchase, but they can only be purchased individually. Structuring our services this way ensures we have completed each service request to the customer’s satisfaction.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Payments are processed by Stripe online payments system.

For subscription plans, you will be auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or change plans.

For one-off service requests, you will be charged a one-time fee for the total amount of the service.

Am I locked into a contract when I purchase a support plan?

No. PatrolPress support plans are on a month-to-month service. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your support will continue until the end of the current month for which you have paid.

Can I change my plan after signup?

You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Contact us and we’ll update your account to the new plan.

What if I need a service that is not listed?

We have listed the most common service requests we have received over the past few years. If you do have a service request that falls outside the list of support services we have listed, you can always use the contact form to inquire whether it is something PatrolPress would be willing to undertake.

Do you provide web hosting?

We specialize in WordPress support and do not provide web hosting.

Does it matter which web hosting provider I use?

It does not matter which web hosting provider you use.

How do I track the progress of my service requests?

For each service request, a support ticket is automatically created by our support system. Using the link provided, you will be able to view the progress and update the service request as the work moves forward.

How long does a service request take to be completed?

Usually, most jobs will be completed within one working day. You will be notified almost immediately with a request for your site’s access information. On submitting a site’s access details, we will immediately email you with the estimated time of completion.

What do the support plans get me?

We provide two levels of support. The basic plan gives you peace of mind that your site is being maintained and monitored and includes one hour of support time. The premier plan includes everything the basic plan provides plus additional hours of support, unlimited email support, and support for e-commerce sites.

What happens if an update breaks my site?

We take a complete backup of your site before any updates or changes we make. This way, if any problems do occur, we can simply rollback your site and then troubleshoot what the problem is on our test servers.
