What does this service include?
- A copy of the entire web directory.
- A backup of all database tables.
What is not included in this service?
- Restoring your backed-up files to your site is NOT included in this service.
- We do NOT store a copy of your files. If you want your site files to be stored and managed by PatrolPress, please check out our support plans.
What information do I need to provide?
After you have purchased this service you will need to provide the following information:
- WordPress admin login details.
- FTP/hosting control panel login details.
- (Optional) CDN Login Details (MaxCDN/Cloudflare/Amazon CloudFront/etc.)
Once we have your details, we will perform the backup of your site. Once we have backed up your site files and database, we will email you with instructions on how to download and save the files to your computer.

Please Note: Our support team exclusively use the UpfraftPlus to complete all our WordPress backups, restores and website transfers. We also use our secure dedicated storage servers to store all our clients’ backups.
